The British-Polish influencer faces four charges involving girls under 15 and supplying alcohol to minors after losing a nearly three-year legal battle against extradition.

British-Polish YouTuber Stuart Kluz-Burton, widely known online as Stuu, is being extradited to Poland to face criminal proceedings connected to the Pandora Gate scandal, which exposed allegations of sexual misconduct involving prominent Polish internet personalities and underage fans.
The 34-year-old creator faces four charges brought by Polish prosecutors: two concerning alleged sexual activity with girls under the age of 15 and two related to allegedly encouraging or supplying alcohol to minors. The alleged incidents date from 2015 and 2018.
Kluz-Burton was arrested in the United Kingdom in October 2023 under a Polish warrant. A British court approved his extradition in early 2025, but the influencer challenged the decision, arguing that political statements made in Poland had compromised the independence and fairness of the proceedings against him.
Britain’s High Court rejected that argument in July 2026. The judges found no evidence that comments from Polish government officials had improperly influenced the court that issued the arrest warrant or predetermined the outcome of a future trial.
The decision cleared the final major legal obstacle to his transfer to Polish custody, almost three years after authorities began seeking his return.
Stuu became one of Poland’s most recognizable online personalities through Minecraft videos before expanding into comedy and lifestyle content. At the height of his popularity, his YouTube channel had more than four million subscribers, while his Instagram account attracted approximately 1.8 million followers.
Pandora Gate erupted in 2023 after Polish creators published material alleging that several influential online figures had maintained inappropriate or sexual contacts with minors. The revelations triggered criminal investigations and a wider national debate about child protection, influencer accountability and the power imbalance between celebrities and young followers.
Kluz-Burton could face a prison sentence of up to 12 years if convicted. He has not been found guilty, and the allegations against him must now be tested through Poland’s judicial process.
The case has become a defining test of whether legal institutions can hold powerful digital personalities accountable when their audiences, reputations and alleged conduct cross national borders.
