The alliance expands a growing Latin nightlife and events platform.

BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA — July 2026. Bresh Global has acquired a majority stake in Grupo Polenta, an Argentine live-entertainment company known for its DJ-led parties, festivals and brand collaborations. Financial terms and the percentage acquired were not disclosed. The transaction is Bresh Global’s first acquisition as part of its international expansion strategy.

Polenta has developed a strong following among Generation Z and younger millennials across Argentina. In 2024, the company produced approximately 120 events, including nightclub parties, festivals and sponsored activations. It has also expanded into other Latin American markets, Europe and the United States.

The company will retain its name, creative identity and existing leadership. Co-founders Marina “Pol4ca” Frohmann and Ignacio Elizalde will continue directing its creative, commercial and operational strategy, while Frohmann remains chief executive. The agreement is expected to provide Polenta with additional resources for international growth.

Bresh Global organizes more than 500 events annually for over one million attendees across 30 countries and 200 cities. Its parties have attracted figures such as Lionel Messi, Bizarrap, Rauw Alejandro, Tini and Emilia. The brand has also appeared at Coachella, Lollapalooza and Tomorrowland.

The acquisition expands Bresh Global’s portfolio of entertainment properties centered on music, community, media and brand partnerships. It also reflects growing investor interest in Latin American cultural formats capable of traveling internationally without losing their local identity.

Two Argentine nightlife brands are joining forces to export their communities to a wider global audience.
