Digital availability, constant notifications and the pressure to anticipate everything have made rest conditional. People no longer leave work only when they leave the office; they leave it when the mind stops negotiating with tomorrow.

If Sunday anxiety becomes frequent, intense or disruptive, it should not be minimized. Persistent sleep problems, irritability, panic symptoms, emotional exhaustion or inability to disconnect may require professional support. The warning is simple: liking a job does not mean the body can absorb unlimited pressure. Sometimes anxiety is not a rejection of work, but a demand for better limits.
